    About the team and the role:

    The Senior Talent Operations Project Manager will help identify and implement durable solutions for managing our global project portfolio and lead the evolution of eBay's global hiring process refresh initiative In addition, this role will have a strong focus on continuously improving our user and candidate experience, delivering a detailed enablement roadmap. You will deploy a consultative approach to partner deeply with all levels of the talent organization, align cross-functionally with various business groups, and People teams. You will apply your curious, objective, and analytical proficiencies to bring innovative ideas to reality, delivering significant change and impact

    The Talent Operations, Technology, and Analytics (OTA) team sits at the center of the Talent organization, ensuring the Talent Acquisition, Development, and Management teams have the tools, processes, training, and insights to meet business goals and tell their impact story. We're problem solvers, equal parts analytical and pragmatic, capable of inspiring change while ensuring our key partners feel included and enabled. This role reports into the Director of Talent OTA, and is based in either our San Jose, CA or Austin, TX offices.

    What you will accomplish:

    • Enablement and Training: Design, develop, and deliver training programs for recruiters and hiring managers to enhance their skills and capabilities in talent acquisition. This includes onboarding new team members, conducting ongoing training sessions, and providing coaching and support as needed.
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and other service providers. Monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and budget.
    • Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the talent acquisition process.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Talent, PBPs, People Tech and People Analytics teams to gather cross-functional input for all tech and data needs.
    • Operational Excellence: you'll manage the Talent OTA team's diverse portfolio of cross-functional project and programs, evolving the processes and tools we use to structure ourselves and our work.

    What you will bring:

    • 5+ years experience in global project and change management, implementing new Talent Acquisition process and enablement enhancements.
    • Experience evolving global hiring processes, partnering with users to inform difficulties, ensure enhancements meet requirements, and contribute to solutions.
    • Track record for delivering highly nuanced, relevant, and nuanced enablement plans which ensure our teams are engaged, adopting change, and have the information they need to deliver a consistent and positive experience, and operate as strategic talent advisors.
    • Creative approach to problem-solving, and experience communicating/influencing at all levels of an organization
    • Ability to turn complex problems into simple and clear recommendations.
    • A passion for feedback and growth-mindset, able to remove emotions from key partner input.
    • Ability to prioritize and navigate ambiguity.

    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

    $126,800 - $187,550

    Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

    If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
