    We are seeking an Armed Account Manager to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
    • Prospect and contact potential customers.
    • Hire prospective guard applicants.
    • Manage location schedules communicating with HQ scheduling department.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
    • Weekly customer client visitations
    • Investigate client concerns.
    • Inventory/management reporting for uniforms and equipment.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Minimum of 2 years management experience in security.
    • High school diploma or higher.
    • Bilingual/Spanish
    • Veteran or police background preferred.
