We are looking to expand our team at the Diaverum MVZ in Auburn Hills, MI and are seeking a dedicated caregiver (m/f/d) with a passion for our patients and a heart in the right place.

This position is available immediately and can be filled either full-time (35 hours/week) or part-time (by arrangement).

We welcome both geriatric nurses and medical assistants (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Specialized care and support for our dialysis patients
Planning, implementation, and documentation of care (nursing history, patient observation, administration of medication, adjustment of dialysis parameters according to medical orders, complication management, psychosocial support)
Point of contact for doctors, colleagues, patients, and family members

Qualifications:

What we expect from you:

Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or medical assistant (m/f/d)
Experience in dialysis is desirable but not mandatory
Reliability, team spirit, dedication, and sensitivity
Fluent German skills complete your profile
