Department Head of Production (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing with us:

Managing and developing the department at the Darmstadt location, both in terms of expertise and personnel
Designing, developing, and managing work content and processes in the department while adhering to legal requirements
Continuously improving the department
Participating in the selection of equipment, workplace design, and investment planning
Planning and implementing training measures for employees
Ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company

What you'll bring to the table:

A degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, or a comparable master's degree, alternatively a master craftsman/technician training in the metal sector
At least 5 years of experience in personnel management, ideally in a maintenance company, with excellent knowledge of project management, strong focus on processes and quality
A high level of entrepreneurial thinking, conceptual work
