Description

To expand our team in Dresden or Chemnitz, we are currently seeking a Technical Employee (m/f/d) for our Calculation Department at Barton Hills.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating tender documents, creating project overviews, and tracking and incorporating updates from the client.
  • You will work on creating request documents for subcontractors for obtaining bids, as well as evaluating project-specific subcontractor bids.
  • You will work proactively with the calculation team and external partners.
  • You will be responsible for compiling final submission documents for our bids and submitting them to the client.
  • You will maintain and update contact information for subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • You have completed training in the field of construction or have a comparable degree.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in calculation.
  • You have knowledge of construction contract regulations and construction contract law.
  • You are proficient in using relevant computer programs and have knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures Part A.
  • You are highly motivated and accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility, while also being a team player who values collaboration with colleagues.
