We are currently looking for qualified nursing staff / social care workers (m/f/d) for our residential care facility at Rainer-Bernhard-Haus in Freiburg-Rieselfeld.

The main responsibilities include:

  • actively monitoring the health of residents and providing nursing care and support
  • being available for conversations and providing psychosocial support during crisis situations
  • correctly using nursing and technical aids for mobilization
  • participating in the development of support and assistance plans and progress reports within the care system
  • properly documenting medical and nursing care
  • assisting residents with communication
  • adhering to hygiene regulations and current infection control measures
  • maintaining order and cleanliness in the living groups

Requirements:

  • reliable and systematic work ethic with strong teamwork and organizational skills
  • an open and non-judgmental attitude towards people with disabilities
  • even those returning to the workforce are welcome to apply
