Assembly Team Leader (m/f/d) in Whelen Springs, AR

Your responsibilities:

As the overall responsible person for assembly, you coordinate the teams on construction sites and are present on site
As a disciplinary supervisor, you exercise personnel responsibility, plan the number and improvement of the qualifications of employees
Construction site preparation, coordination and acceptance
Enforcement of high standards in occupational safety and quality

Your profile:

You have completed vocational training or equivalent practical training in a trade
Construction site experience
Experience in personnel management
Willingness to travel (nationwide during the week)
High level of communication skills and empathy
