- Visit schools in the assigned sales territory
- Drive sales growth by signing new business
- Maintain, strengthen and build relationships with customers, including faculty advisers, principals and students
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to administrators and key decision-makers
- Develop and execute robust marketing campaigns
- Engage customers and prospects on social media channels
- Plan and organize events for customers to include class meetings and celebrations
- Attend regularly scheduled sales and technical training meetings, including area, regional and national sales conventions

- An opportunity to learn: In the first year, in addition to local training in your assigned sales office, you'll travel to Indianapolis for enhanced brand and production process training. You will also participate in sales training as well as technical training for proprietary Herff Jones web applications.
- A fresh start every school year: The work is tied to the school calendar and school achievement recognition timelines, so every year is different. Tasks vary depending on the time of year. Every first day of school can be a new beginning and an opportunity to revise process and strategy to grow business by being a valued school partner.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred / Work experience in lieu of degree considered
- 2+ years of sales, account management, or comparable experience
