We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French-speaking Regional Sales Director to lead our Canadian sales team in achieving our business objectives.
This role will be responsible for guiding, focusing, and motivating an indirect sales team of Manufacturer's Representatives to successfully market RenewAire products through a network of wholesale HVAC distributors and commercial HVAC sales offices in the residential, light commercial, design / build, and plan & spec markets.
You will be tasked to significantly grow our level of business, market share, and brand awareness in the region.Join RenewAire's entreprenuerial team in leading the decarbonization movement by providing best-in-class Energy Recovery Ventilators. Our units ensure clean air in every space we live, work and play.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
Manage and motivate a team of Manufacturer's Representatives to achieve or beat sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale HVAC distributors and commercial HVAC sales offices.
Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Recruit, hire and train new firms.
Review, evaluate and re-assign channel partner territory assignments as necessary.
Establish and deliver training programs for channel partners to ensure proper knowledge and resources to sell RenewAire product.
Represent RenewAire at assigned trade shows and conferences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate comes with a proven track record of successful sales and is passionate about growing the RenewAire business across Canada with an innovative mindset.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Fluency in written and oral French and English required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
