    Our client is a manufacturer of specialty industrial coatings used in a variety of industries. They currently seek a hands-on Production Manager to support one of their facilities in the greater New Haven area.
    As the Production Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Identify areas of improvement and optimization and implement changes
    Ensure compliance with EHS regulatory
    Control budgets and development
    Ensure safety and quality throughout manufacturing processes
    Offer technical knowledge to contribute to production planning and goals
    Work cross-functionally with other departments for improvements in processes and production efficiencies
    Ensure productivity goals are met

    Salary Range:
    $135,000/year to $150,000/year plus bonus

    Job Requirements

    As a Production Manger job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
    BS in Chemical Engineering or another engineering degree with chemical manufacturing experience
    10+ years of experience in a hands-on engineering role out of chemical manufacturing
    Must have at least 5 year of previous supervisory experience
    Previous experience in a PSM-regulated facility
