    Manufacturing and Production Manager

    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead a diverse team responsible for integrating, testing, and installing advanced Industrial CT and X-ray Inspection Systems and related components.

    Potential travel (25%) to customer sites for technical discussions, inspections, vendor meetings, and overseeing installations.

    Oversee all assembly, integration, and installation activities according to project schedules.

    Resolve any production-related issues promptly to maintain project schedules and team satisfaction.

    Manage inventory, shipments, and release of Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement.

    Assess the impact of Engineering Change Requests on schedules and material requirements.

    Identify and qualify new fabricators to ensure timely delivery of quality components.

    Ensure proper dismantling, packing, and shipping of finished goods in compliance with company and customer requirements.

    Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant facility and oversee facility management and service providers.

    Prioritize quality and safety in day-to-day operations.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with electro/mechanical systems background.

    Minimum three years of relevant operations experience, including two years in a management role.

    US citizenship or permanent residency, legally authorized to work and pass background check and drug test.

    Proficiency in MS Office and experience with MRP/ERP systems.

    Ability to read schematics and mechanical design documents.

    Strong organizational, decision-making, and multitasking skills in dynamic environments.

    Familiarity with BOMs, superior written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

    Below items are a PLUS
    BSME, experience in quality-controlled environments, familiarity with X-ray technology.

    Previous experience in manufacturing capital equipment/electro-mechanical systems.

    Knowledge of PLC, vendor relations, and working with fabricators/subcontractors.

    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP System.


    Physical & Mental Demands:
    Regularly required to sit and use computer equipment for extended periods.

    Must be able to perform physical tasks in an industrial environment.

    Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds, operate forklift and crane as needed.

    May work at elevated heights with proper safety gear, and travel domestically and internationally.


    Pay Details:
    $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
