ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead, coach, and oversee Marketing and Product Management functions to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and strategy for a performance-driven environment.
  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies for both long-term and annual plans.
  • Execute all processes in the product lifecycle including research, competitor analysis, planning, development, and launch.
  • Devise and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and develop competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop new offerings.
  • Manage pricing strategies to ensure profitability and alignment with sales and marketing.
  • Facilitate sales efforts through key account business plans and superior customer experience.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Four-year college degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, or related roles.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, integrated marketing, and product development.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build high-performance teams.
