    Procurement Support Specialist
    Salt Lake City, UT / Accounting / Full-time

    We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Support Specialist with prior experience in a fast-paced cooperative team environment. The ideal candidate will be familiar with NetSuite, Coupa and SpringCM/Docusign softwares, self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented. Initiating and answering both vendor and internal inquiries will be a key factor in this role.


    • Run and maintain purchase request process for multiple entities globally
    • Verify appropriate approvals are obtained
    • Verify accurate coding/currency
    • Review vendor contracts
    • Maintain database of vendor and related contracts
    • Including but not limited to identifying contract terms, TIN matching, contact and banking information updates, and reporting
    • Help in the preparation of annual 1099 forms
    • Meet with all departments monthly to obtain budgets and accruals
    • Perform monthly accrual reconciliations and month-end close tasks
    • Assist with quarterly audit requests
    • Assist in the resolution of any accrual/vendor issues and provide information, as needed, to the FP&A team
    • Provide timely customer service in answering any vendor or internal inquiries
    • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and process improvement opportunities
    • 3 or more years of experience in Procurement
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to projects and daily tasks
    • Bachelors degree or working towards completion of degree, preferred
    • Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks, establish timelines, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced cooperative team environment
    • Flexible and willing to assist with any tasks, as needed
    • Experience with Coupa and NetSuite a plus
