    In this role, you will drive the architecture and development of AI-first marketing tools, ensuring a smooth integration of front-end and back-end technologies. Additionally, you will lead a team of developers, data scientists, and UX designers to create innovative AI-first products.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the architecture and development of AI-first marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies.
    • Guide and mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and UX designers in creating robust and intuitive AI-first products.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive the evolution of our solutions.
    Requirements:
    • Location: San Francisco or Remote (US)
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 10 years of overall development experience.
    • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
    • Experience in application integration and development with Large Language Models and Generative AI.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment across multiple locations.
    Bonus Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in developing AI agents with a portfolio of relevant projects.

    Adobe offers competitive compensation based on market rates across the U.S. As a Lead Engineer, you can expect an annual salary range of $154,000 to $278,800, subject to your work location, skills, and experience.
