Our esteemed Ophthalmology practice, located in the heart of Monmouth County, NJ, is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Call Center Associate to serve as the friendly voice and primary point of contact for our valued patients.

    • Assisting with payment processing and addressing billing inquiries.
    • Utilizing call center software with precision and efficiency.
    • Collaborating closely with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.

    Work Schedule:
