Provides support for eCommerce team, assembling and filling packaging boxes to fulfill our online and wholesale orders. Must feel comfortable assembling boxes during your shift for periods of time.
Other duties include - prepping, stocking, organizing, etc. Helping whenever and wherever needed. All team members must strive to support core values and goals. Also must be very excited to work at a growing, woman-owned business. Must feel comfortable working with a small team. Opportunity to grow with the company.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assemblying boxes
• Prepping merchandise for shipment for our online customers and wholesale accounts.
• Ensuring product meets quality standards.
• Work with the Fulfillment team to ensure that inventory is ready to go for orders.
• Managing the product office, receiving merchandise and organizing handling the inventory.
• Moving boxes, condensing, and organizing office space.
• Follows procedures for preparing, storing, and stocking of products.
• Ensures cases and shelves are clean and wellstocked.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organization skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude is a must.
• Fulfillment experience a plus
