Your mission is to help Louisiana Pacific grow our Siding business through lead generation and nurturing.
You will develop lead generation strategies and implement targeted lead generation tactics tailored to driving contractor, builder, and homeowner demand for the LP SmartSide product line.

In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To
Create a lead strategy and roadmap for our R&R and New Construction businesses.
Manage lead generation initiatives through new and existing paid and unpaid channels.
Utilize Pardot as a Salesforce-connected communication tool to nurture and track leads.
Create strategies for nurturing new and existing leads through a mix of touchpoints with content and calls-to-action.
Develop content targeting both B2C and B2B customers, customer-facing materials, and more.
Utilize analytics to closely monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments and decisions based on KPIs.
Partner with Salesforce Admins to manage and maintain system integrations.
Assist in maintaining elements of the marketing automation system, including workflows, form building, and sales funnel optimization.
Continually research, identify, and test the latest trends, technologies, and digital lead generation channels to improve targeting and lead acquisition.
Manage and recruit third party partners to support our lead generation efforts.Work collaboratively across teams (marketing, product, sales, business development, etc.).
Provide support for, and occasionally attend, relevant trade shows.
What do I need to be successful?
5+ years of work experience in B2B or B2C lead generation and product marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce and Pardot are a plus).
Ability to collaborate and work well within a matrixed team.
Understanding of/passion for the building industry a plus.
Professionalism and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven success in the development and execution of marketing strategy.
Excellent leadership skills with the confidence to lead and engage key partners.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter who can quickly assess business needs with a bias toward action.
Strong ability to manage external vendors and agency partners.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision making across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.
