Duties * As a Senior Capabilities Developer, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: * Reviews higher headquarters policies and directives to include those plans developed by other HQs staff agencies, technical and functional proponent agencies to ensure system and applications comply with applicable guidance.
* Develops and establishes procedures and operational instructions required to implement policy and guidance related to the identification, integration, prioritization, execution, and assessment of workload.
* Identifies resources required for one-time initiatives requiring contractor support, and develops performance work statements and documentation required for contract approval and execution.
* Develops Army Training Information Systems (ATIS) architectural documents in accordance with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF). * Attends formal and informal management planning, policy, resourcing, problem solving, and decision making sessions.Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
