    The ITA Capture Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities for the organization, with a focus on the US Air Force Marketplace.

    This role leverages ITA's subject matter expertise, data analytics, and technology to craft solutions to meet Department of Defense requirements.

    It involves leading cross-functional teams (Operations/Technical, Pricing, Recruiting, HR, Contracts/Subcontracts, etc.) from the initial opportunity identification through proposal submission while briefing ownership and senior executives in accordance with ITA's gate review process.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Opportunity Identification and Qualification:
    Research and analyze potential business opportunities in US Air Force and other assigned markets.
    Assess the viability and strategic fit of opportunities with the organization's goals and capabilities.
    Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand customer needs and requirements.

    Capture Planning:
    Develop and implement capture plans for identified opportunities.
    Define win strategies, key themes, and discriminators for successful capture.
    Conduct competitive analyses to position the organization effectively.

    Cross-functional Leadership:
    Lead cross-functional teams, including operations/technical, pricing, HR, recruiting, contracts, and proposal management teams.
    Foster collaboration and communication among team members.
    Provide direction and guidance to ensure all aspects of the capture process are aligned.

    Customer Engagement:
    Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and subcontractors.
    Understand customer requirements and preferences through direct engagement.

    Proposal Development:
    Oversee the development of compelling and compliant proposals.
    Work closely with proposal teams to ensure alignment with capture strategies and customer expectations.
    Review and contribute to proposal content, including technical, management, and cost sections.

    Risk Management:
    Identify and assess risks associated with the capture process.
    Develop risk mitigation strategies to increase the probability of success.

    This position helps to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, proactively pursue these opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

    The candidate engages with existing and potential new customers, traveling roughly 25-50%, to understand their challenges and determine how ITA's capabilities might assist them in meeting these challenges.

    They are required to meet clients often, making presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs.

    Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience
    in the Federal Defense market space.
    Proven track record of winning prime contract opportunities in the Defense market space using a structured capture process.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.
    Established relationships with senior military and government leaders in DoD markets.
    Ability to build trusted relationships externally (e.g., customer, teaming partners, and internally (e.g., senior, and junior colleagues)).
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
    Comfortable meeting with new clients and diverse organizations representing the ITA brand and tech-enabled professional services.
    Experience/knowledge of GovWin or other opportunity research tools (BGov, FPDS, etc.).
    Proposal and technical writing experience in support of target markets.
    An MBA is preferred, but not required.
    Must possess an active Secret clearance.
