Job Summary: This person will manage and direct the companys information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides an efficient and effective technical support service.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

and trains IT staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:

development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department.
and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
IT security audits or investigations.
and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

degree in Computer Science required; masters degree or MBA preferred.

Physical Requirements:

periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
