What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, highly motivated, organized, self-starter who takes a proactive approach to serving Customers.

You will provide effective and responsive support for Astronautics in purchase order management, production delivery, repair service management, and customer service/support activities.

This hybrid on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly into our Manager - Sales Operations.


How You Will Do It:


  • Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned customer.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of responses according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Administer commercial production, repair, and spare terms and conditions.
  • Perform accurate recordkeeping, entry management, and monitor information from various databases including our internal ERP system (IFS).
  • Provide support to other Astronautics departments, such as repairs, operations, programs, finance, and engineering.

What We Look For:


Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; or equivalent work experience in Sales, Customer Account Management, or Customer Support.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Account Management.
  • Experience with an ERP system.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Desired

  • Customer Service experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • French language skills are a plus.
