    Job Description

    Income Development Manager - Richmond Territory

    Helm, a rapidly growing company, is looking for an experienced Income Development Manager to join their team in Virginia. In this role, you will be collaborating with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM dealerships to drive F&I product sales for Stellantis' Mopar Vehicle Protection division in the Richmond territory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with dealership personnel
    • Analyze dealership operations and sales processes
    • Conduct dealership market analysis
    • Deliver F&I training

    Essential duties of the Income Development Manager:

    • Develop a strategic growth approach
    • Promote and sell F&I products such as vehicle service contracts, GAP, and ancillaries
    • Inspire entrepreneurs to enhance performance
    • Collaborate with decision-makers on action plans
    • Implement strategies to boost dealership profitability
    • Provide continuous training on products and processes
    • Offer market analysis feedback

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 5 years of Automotive Industry F&I retail experience
    • Outside sales background
    • Skilled in business analytics and communication
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dealership systems
    • Willingness for overnight travel
