    IMAGINATION STATION
    Marketing Coordinator
    Full Time


    DESCRIPTION:


    This position supports the on-going growth and success of Imagination Station through the creation and marketing of events and experiences to increase admission, membership and awareness of Imagination Station in the community.

    This position is part of the Marketing Team.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Drive business to Imagination Station through the coordination and execution of on-site events
    Assist in identifying and securing both new and existing revenue generating opportunities, including but not limited to rentals, ticketed events and group sales
    Serves as the primary contact for client throughout the planning and execution process
    Communicate/coordinate with internal departments on the logistical execution for all events
    Responsible for meeting annual revenue goals
    Secure in-kind donations to reduce costs and increase community involvement and engagement in fundraising events
    Track and analyze timelines and benchmarks to determine true event and donor engagement toward meeting overall goals
    Provide data for event budgets and update reports
    Follow up with past clients to ensure guest satisfaction
    Serve on the internal events committee


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, business, or related field or equivalent experience
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Excellent organization, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    Works well under pressure and in an environment of change while maintaining a positive and cheerful disposition
