Customer Service Representative
Handling Inquiries and Complaints:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism while striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Processing Orders and Returns:
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
Providing Product or Service Information:
Offer detailed information about company products or services, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Troubleshooting Technical Issues:
Troubleshoot technical problems or provide basic technical support for customers experiencing difficulties with products or services, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments if necessary.
Maintaining Customer Records:
Record and maintain accurate customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database or CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences, thereby increasing sales revenue.
Following Up with Customers:
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and to gather feedback on their experience, making improvements as necessary.
Adhering to Company Policies:
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, privacy, and data security, ensuring compliance at all times.
Collaborating with Other Departments:
Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to address customer needs effectively and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continuously improve skills and enhance the quality of customer support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Fluent in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Rep. or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
