Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various ecommerce platforms
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics
- Implement strategies to optimize website traffic and increase conversion rates
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns
- Provide customer support for online inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure website functionality and user experience
- Stay uptodate with ecommerce trends and best practices
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for analyzing sales data
- Experience in retail sales or product demonstrations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese is a plus
- Effective time management abilities
- Knowledges and experience of eCommerce (Amazon, Taobao, TikTok, Tmall, etc) is desirable.
H1B visa is possible.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
