- Develop and implement inclusive policies and procedures by collaborating with other executives and CEO
- Being a strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to oversee day-to-day operations of a business
- Ensure Human Resources team to foster highly inclusive culture with effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
- Identify key capital projects, process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and other strategic partnership opportunities
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the company is meeting its long-term success
- Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders, special committees, and consultants to ensure everything runs smoothly, addressing any issues that arise
- Communicate the company's vision and goals to internal and external stakeholders
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, and advanced degrees such as an MBA or a master's degree in a related field preferred
- 10+ years of strategic leadership experience in a similar environment, management consulting, or general management
- Experience in fashion, beauty, and/or cosmetics preferred
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization and drive results
- Strategically able to develop short- and long-term plans to achieve the company's goals
- Understanding of financial principles and metrics to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, executives, and other stakeholders for conveying complex information clearly and concisely
- Able to adapt to fast paced and ever-changing business environments and market conditions
- Possesses high ethical standards and be committed to upholding the values and integrity of the company
