Are you looking for a new challenge with the perfect mix of operational and administrative tasks? With responsibility and creative freedom? We are looking for a Hotel Manager (m/f/d) for our KEDI Hotel in Papenburg. Our KEDI Hotel in Papenburg opened in 2012 and is centrally located in the Fehnstadt. We have 96 rooms, 2 apartments, 3 conference rooms, a breakfast area, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a bistro.

Your tasks with us:

  • Team leadership and motivation to ensure excellent service and employee engagement
  • Active customer care and contract management to maintain and expand business relationships
  • Continuous competition monitoring and improvement of the hotel's online presence to increase visibility and attractiveness
  • Management and expansion of the conference area, including planning and execution of events and customer acquisition
  • Development and implementation of an effective revenue management strategy for revenue optimization

What you bring:

  • Completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience at the reception or in a similar position
  • Strong host and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
  • Knowledge in the areas of sales, marketing, human resources, revenue management, and general hotel IT
