Competitive Compensation: With a base hourly rate, plus commission, anticipate earnings in the range of $80K-$95K. Our comprehensive compensation package also includes stock options.

Role Overview:


As a Showroom Design Consultant in Washington D.C., you'll be an integral part of our team, driving sales in the residential market and delivering unparalleled service and support to our clients.

You'll utilize your passion for design and tile to assist clients with their projects, from conceptualization to realization.


Your Impact:

Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional service, building and managing a robust client base, and cultivating lasting relationships.

Client Engagement: Provide comprehensive support to clients, from responding to inquiries with detailed product, pricing, and delivery information to advising on design choices that align with their vision.

Brand Ambassadorship: Embody and represent Fireclay Tile's core values and commitment to sustainability, acting as a brand ambassador both within the showroom and in the broader design community.

Operational Excellence: Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience and complies with all policies and procedures.


Who You Are:


  • A design enthusiast with a solid understanding of the design industry and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
  • Techsavvy and social media proficient, leveraging platforms like Instagram, Houzz, Pinterest, and LinkedIn to connect with clients and promote Fireclay products.
  • A problemsolver who delights in blending creative and logical thinking to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
