    Well-Being Program Administrator at Humana in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Well-Being Program Administrator supports to design and deliver innovative strategies and solutions to build emotional resilience and enable high levels of holistic well-being (physical & emotional health, purpose, belonging and security) across the associate population.

    Understands emotional drivers of decision making and motivators for healthy behavior and assists to deploy strategies and tactics (i.e., behavioral economics, incentives, marketing, outreach) accordingly.

    The Associate Well-Being Experience Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

    The Well-Being Program Administrator/Associate Well-Being Experience Professional 1 provides consultation and supports team-based efforts to address business issues and achieve well-being goals.

    Works within cross-functional teams to conceive and implement enterprise initiatives, improve processes, enhance participation, monitor/reduce costs, and develop/track success metrics.

    Partners to translate research discoveries and trends to evaluate, develop and implement innovative well-being experiences and resources to continually enhance the company's position as a leader in health and well-being.

    Leverages clinical expertise to address gaps in associate care, improve population health, optimize health plan outcomes, determine appeals and consistent coverage, and assess new technology and clinical programs.

    Keeps current and understands own work area professional best practices, concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
