    **About Our Founder**

    Gucci Westman has more than 20 years of professional experience as a major editorial makeup artist, contributing to publications like Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. Gucci is known for creating dewy, supernaturally glowy looks and her highly coveted second-skin approach to makeup, resulting in naturally beautiful, radiantly amplified skin.

    **Job Title:** Sales Associate Part Time

    **Reports To:** Counter Manager

    **Position Summary**Westman Atelier is recruiting energetic, passionate sales advisors with a passion for clean, luxury beauty, for full-time and part-time positions at Nordstrom. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service, clienteling and sales achievement through exceptional communication skills, artistry, services, and ability to sell through building strong customer relationships and providing inspirational in-store experiences.

    **Applicant Qualifications/Expectations**

    Previous retail industry experience is desirable, preferably within the beauty industry

    Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred; however we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learn, and who are comfortable providing makeup applications on a regular basis.

    Complete a makeup application interview

    Provide welcoming, personal, professional service to all customers at all times.

    Ask open-ended questions, listen to customer needs, and provide an interactive experience by offering makeup touch-ups

    Assist customers with product selection

    Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up

    Invite customers back for repeat visits

    Achieve minimum AUS and IPT as established by Westman Atelier and Nordstrom

    Achieve appointment booking goals

    Achieve individual and counter monthly sales goals

    Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients

    Maintain cleanliness of counter and tester units/testers

    Follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times

    Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
