To strengthen/support our team, we are currently seeking a Production Employee for our location in La Grange Park, IL.

Main Responsibilities:

Filling various chemicals into customerspecific packaging solutions.
Conducting and documenting initial samples.
Packaging the filled goods into predetermined and provided cartons or other packaging.
Ensuring optimal operation and operating machinery and equipment.
Constantly monitoring production processes according to defined quality standards.
Performing setup and cleaning tasks for machinery and equipment.
Adhering to quality and safety guidelines.
Assisting with complaint processing and error analysis.
Complying with environmental regulations in production.
Autonomously maintaining and servicing production equipment.
Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on machinery.
Maintaining cleanliness and following 5S program guidelines.
Participating in process optimization measures such as LEAN Manufacturing.
Acting as a substitute for colleagues within the production department.
