You will handle inquiries regarding payment methods (only certified providers accepted), delivery times, customs procedures, returns, and complaints.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Passion for customer service
  • Previous experience in a call center is highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of information technology
  • Ability to contribute your own experience
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Understanding of the importance of professionalism
  • Fluent in French
  • Team player mentality
