Eichstetter GmbH - SIAD Group - we are looking for a talented
Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the
Upper Palatinate and Lower Bavaria region.

Your field of activity is crisis-resistant and diverse. Your customer base includes various industries such as mechanical engineering companies, universities, food manufacturers, gastronomy, among others.


Although your sales territory is predominantly Bavarian, good English skills are required or you are willing to improve them quickly.

Our headquarters are located in Bergamo, Italy and internal communication is mostly conducted in English.

We also welcome career changers with a technical or chemical background


We offer targeted training for new employees and during their training phase, we ensure that they gain insight into the work areas, interfaces, and networks of the SIAD Group.

Product training takes place, for example, in Cham, at our Austrian branch, and at the group's headquarters in Bergamo.

Your responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs and business opportunities
  • Maintaining and expanding the existing customer base
  • Acquiring new customers from various industries to achieve defined goals
  • Implementing marketbased and productspecific price adjustments
  • Managing existing sales partners and searching for and expanding the sales partner network
  • Collecting and updating marketrelevant information regarding competitors, potential consumption
