Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d)

You should possess the following qualities:

You are able to operate, adjust, and release machines.
Maintenance and upkeep of an extensive machine park is familiar to you from your previous work experience.
You can adapt quickly and flexibly when disruptions occur in production.
Ideally, you also have experience in assembly and disassembly and are able to perform minor repairs and maintenance yourself.
You act as a liaison with maintenance and assist in troubleshooting, actively contributing to resolving any issues.
You are able to lead and train employees and familiarize them with the respective machines.
Support the production management in implementing action
