As a Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager, you keep our company growing and expanding.
We look to you to create, manage, and optimize the digital paid media campaigns aimed at growing our email lists.
A typical day finds you analyzing how current paid media campaigns are performing and making improvements as needed. You also can be found testing ways to attract high-quality leads through lead generation efforts.You look through data to determine where there is room for improvement. Working with our creative team and other team members, you seek to optimize our lead generation funnel.
A gifted and creative writer, you write compelling copy for online ads and collaborate with designers to incorporate new images and videos.
You find satisfaction in developing and sharing engaging online content that is read by hundreds of thousands of subscribers The opportunity to work from home or the office is icing on the cakeWORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm .

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER / PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
4+ years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing or performance marketing
Hands-on experience running paid social media and paid search campaigns with a focus on direct response marketing
Experience setting up third party trackers (Google Ad, Facebook Ads, ...) with Google Tag Manager
Deep understanding of building, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation campaigns
Strong analytical background with Excel
Ability to analyze data and create reports
Ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and create data-driven acquisition strategies
Experience with Tableau is preferred but not required. Are you highly collaborative? Is your attention to detail exceptional? Can you manage your time well? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position
