    Description
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by the employer .
    • Answers telephone, makes appointments, gives information to callers or routes calls to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
    • Greets visitors.
    • Assists advertising sales team.
    • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.
    • Orders supplies.
    • Assist with in-house sales efforts for various projects.
      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
      • Exceptional oral and written skills and attentive to detail.
      • Self-motivated and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record that is insurable by the company.
      • Must carry an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company.
