    Job Title: School Nurse (1:1) - School Bus Riding

    Location: Schools Throughout Illinois

    Description:

    We're seeking a dedicated School Nurse to provide 1:1 support to a student during school bus transportation. As a vital member of our team, you'll ensure the safety and well-being of the student while traveling to and from school. Join us in making a difference in the lives of students with plex medical needs

    Responsibilities:

    • Acpany a student with plex medical needs on the school bus during transportation to and from school.
    • Monitor the student's health status and provide any necessary medical interventions or assistance during transit.
    • municate effectively with the school nurse, parents, and transportation staff regarding the student's medical needs and any changes in condition.
    • Ensure the student's safety and fort during the bus ride, including securing medical equipment and supplies as needed.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of medical interventions, observations, and incidents during transportation.
    • Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for the student.

    Qualifications:

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [Insert State].
    • CPR and First Aid certification.
    • Experience working with children with plex medical needs preferred.
    • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
