- Performs basic to moderately complex procedures such as logical and physical access management, deployment of anti virus and encryption software, risk and vulnerability assessments, security auditing and monitoring, incident response.
- Interfaces with user community to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them.
- Under general supervision, provides evaluation and support of the level of security required for systems, infrastructure, and other information technology assets.
- Enforces security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security tools.
- Provides management with tracking and status reports, analysis, and metrics on security actions, events, trends, and concerns.
- Performs other duties as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
