    POSITION SUMMARY To ensure the efficient operation ofWSPsinternalNetworkservices, we areseekinga talented andexperiencedSeniorNetworkSecurityInfrastructureSpecialist.
    This rolewillreport totheGlobal Manager ofNetworkInfrastructure. AsSeniorNetworkSecurityInfrastructureSpecialistyour primary focus will betomaintainthe integrity of thedeployednetworksecurityasset data,documenthow it is deployed,proactivelyevaluatehow it isoperating, anddevelop planstooptimizethe environment. MAINRESPONSIBILITIES + Working onhighly complexmatters and assignments of large scope, impact, and importance. + Working with professionals and management toidentifyopportunities for improvements in people, processes, and technology. + Leading team members on the development of methods, techniques, and various analytical approaches. + Guiding team members to solve significant problems/issues. + Proactive management and performance of service suppliers and/or manufacturer activities to align with expected service levels. + Establishing &maintainingstandards, processes & procedures relating to the operation of all aspects of the services.

    + Remainingcurrent in the knowledge and use of technologytoprovide recommendations for improving the consistency and cost effectiveness of the services.

    + Ensuring thatappropriate documentationis availableandaccurate. + Develop,monitor, and manage metrics and KPIs to proactively assessinfrastructureperformance andcapacity. + Creating, executing, and managingrepeatable routines that proactivelyidentifyimprovements. + Conductingregular scheduledcapacityplanning/management activities. + Developingand implementingplans to proactivelyremediate identified performance, health, orcapacityissues. + Auditingfor standards compliance. + Supporting activities forIT regulations andcompliance. + Enhancingand enforcingservice transition processes that protect the stability of network operations. + Planning for the execution of business continuitytesting, reporting, and gap resolution. + Supporting problem managementto resolve recurring issues. + Support the IT budget process by providing input and direction as it relates to infrastructure and services. + Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure hardware components, software, licenses, and support subscriptions. + Own &maintainthe integrity of thenetworkasset data across all IT platforms. + Evaluatingand improvingtheeffectiveness of operational monitoring.

    ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate would meet all, or most of the below criteria:
    + Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. + At least6-8years relevant and practical experiencein aNetworkoperations role. + Extensive in-depth knowledge ofNetworkservices and infrastructurewith emphasis onnetwork security. + Vendor certifications not a requirement, proven practical experience preferred. + Experience working in large/global enterprise IT with multiple distributed branch/campus sites. + Experience of working within ITIL aligned Service Management organisation. + Practical experience in managing large, complex, multi-vendor networks.


    • Deep understanding and practical experienceinmanaging,maintaining, andoptimizingthe followingnetwork securityplatforms andservices:
    + CiscoASA firewalls + CiscoAnyConnectRemote Access VPN + Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) + Zscaler Private Access(ZPA) + Next Generation Perimeterfirewalltechnologies (preferably Palo Alto) + Application Delivery Controllers & Load Balancing (preferably F5 Networks) + Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) + Azure cloud networking + Knowledge of SASE/SSEand Software Defined Perimeter architectures. + Experience with implementing and maturing network security controls and procedures. + Familiaritywith Zero Trust Networking and Zero Trust Network Accessadoption. + Understanding of modern security architectures, e.g. micro-segmentation,applicationand useridentity.


    • Experience in managing networks that encompass the following technologies isalsoadvantageous:
    + Wireless LAN (preferably Cisco and Aruba) + Software-Defined
    • WAN (preferably Aruba/Silver Peak) + Unified Communications (preferably Microsoft Teams) + Multi vendor LAN switching (preferably Cisco and Aruba) + Experience in Network Automation and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
    SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS + Excellent written and spokenEnglish. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all layers of management. + Ability to workwith minimal supervisionandlittleto no instructions. + Strong leadership and coaching skills. + Strong organizational and project management skills, with excellent documentation abilities. + Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills with the ability of providing solutions toidentifiedproblems. + Demonstrated experience inunderstanding anddemonstratingcompliance with information securityrequirements. + Knowledge and experience in performing information security practices in the management and delivery of infrastructure andoperations.     Compensation:

    Expected Salary (all locations): $69,600 - $157,000 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.

    WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
