- Develop and implement web content and social media strategies across all CHIPS digital channels to engage stakeholders and communicate program information.
- Analyze characteristics of diverse target audiences and usage patterns across platforms to inform strategic decisions on optimal content formats, messaging, and distribution channels.
- Design, manage, and update the functionality, information architecture, navigation, and visual design of the website and its associated digital channels to create an advanced user experience that communicates program information updates.
- Create, design, and upload new website features, interactive tools, and multimedia content for the website to enhance user engagement.
- Analyze website and social media metrics, user engagement data, feedback, and online commentary to evaluate content performance and make recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal CHIPS communications staff and external stakeholders/partners to ensure transparency in content creation workflows and adherence to proper content clearance processes.
