    Description

    Summary:


    The Security Execution Manager - Sr developsrelationship with the HSO delivery partners (Ent Fraud Director, CISO, CPSO, Segment Risk Officers) within Huntington Security Organization.

    A proven thought leader who collaborates with the Huntington Security Segment or Domain Leader to develop and deliver solutions to key business problems that address securing the Bank and securing the Customer.

    Serves as a resource manager who leads scrum masters, project manager,systems analysts, and agile delivery leaders; functions as a point of escalation for blockers.

    Effectively partnerswith sourcing, supplier managementand the security directors when engaging in new vendor solutions and/or addressing contractual needs. Actively participate in procurement process to ensure the value needed is aligned to the value delivered. Engage regularly with outside supplier representative(s) to support Security Segment/Domain Leader.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Financial -Monitor budgets for security delivery operations and monitor expenses.· Strong financial aptitude; understands budgeting, forecasting and statistical data analysis
    Delivery and Thought Leader -Develop and implement security delivery strategies.
    Compile data to formulate business case proposals to mature physical security, fraud, and cybersecurity capabilities.
    Assist with the overall domain business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems. Understand and interact with related disciplines across the Bank to ensure the consistent application of technology and risk solutions across all assigned technology projects, systems and services

    Leading Others -Attract, retain and groom talent within a defined team of scrum masters, business analysts and agile delivery leaders.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity. Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services
    Agile Execution and Lean Portfolio Management -Specific experience in Agile (scaled) software development or other best in class development practices
    Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    Minimum 8 years experience proposing and managing complex projects, solution delivery, staff development
    Minimum 3years experience Agile delivery and knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management.
    Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in Agile (scaled) systems development or other best in class development practices.
    Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
    Certification in Agile
    Strong financial aptitude; understands budgeting, forecasting and statistical data analysis
    Effective Risk-Mgmt abilities; acceptance, avoidance and mitigation
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
    Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
