Description

We are hiring for a full-time Technology Support Specialist to work in our office in Rochester, PA.

How YOU Will Make an Impact

Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for our on-site and remote workers.
Assist in maintaining and installing technology items at our on-site and off-site locations.
Applying industry knowledge to make suggestions for bettering our systems and procedures.
Periodically training end-users in the use of our technology systems.
Working on various technology department projects and initiatives.
Maintaining communication for technology projects for the on-site location.

What YOU Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience preferred.
Must have strong communication, computer hardware, network, and mobile device troubleshooting skills.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be organized and able to maximize efficiency to provide excellence service.
Must have considerable experience and understanding of Microsoft operating systems.

What Will Help YOU Succeed

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
Experience with Linux and Mac operating systems.
Experience with Cisco Networking devices and/or Cisco Meraki.
Experience working with ticketing systems.
Experience with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.
Experience with SIP based VoIP Phone Systems.
