    Territory Sales Executive - Environmental Solutions at Republic Services

    POSITION SUMMARY:


    The Territory Sales Executive role involves driving profitable revenue growth in a specific geography, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position entails cultivating and managing relationships with various clients to support the execution of customer strategic plans.


    The Territory Sales Executive will focus on both acquiring new accounts and retaining existing ones. Responsibilities include introducing service offerings to clients, identifying expansion opportunities, and enhancing customer relationships.


    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Develop and maintain a successful sales funnel.
    • Expand revenue with existing accounts and seek opportunities for growth.
    • Enhance customer satisfaction and implement price improvements.
    • Use CRM system for daily activities and customer acquisition.
    • Stay informed of market trends to anticipate customer needs.
    • Promote and sell the company's services while offering waste management solutions.
    • Complete necessary reports and paperwork efficiently.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    - Proven track record in generating new business within the Environmental sector.


    - Strong technical knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise.


    - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


    - At least 2 years of direct sales experience in a customer-facing role.


    - Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel.
