Employee in the Accounts Receivable Department of a Financial Services Company (m/f/d) in Pflugerville, TX

We are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) in the accounts receivable department - starting immediately, full-time, for a family-owned company in the financial industry in Pflugerville, TX.

Your tasks:

Conducting dunning procedures and negotiating repayment agreements with delinquent payers
Performing daily closing of credit balances (preparing for monthly repayment of refinancing)
Monthly reconciliation of loan and transfer accounts
Performing accrual and split bookings
Initiating collective invoices and commission settlements
Determining available credit lines after monthly repayments
Creating payment data for direct debits and transfers
Performing all daily closings, such as activating or dissolving contracts in preparation for billing

Your qualifications:

Solid knowledge of accounts receivable
Strong organizational skills and resilience
Affinity for numbers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High quality orientation and solutionoriented work
Commitment, high level of independence, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience, as well as proficient MS Office skills, complete your profile.
