Your responsibilities:

You will support the team by providing coaching and workshops to create customeroriented and understandable content
Writing blog posts in customeroriented language for internal communication
As an ambassador, you will support customeroriented language and promote collaboration and quality with different communities
Close collaboration with colleagues from various departments

Your profile:

Completed degree in German studies, communication sciences, journalism, marketing or a similar field of study
Experience in creating customeroriented content
Strong communication skills
Coaching and/or mentoring experience
Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple and solutionoriented manner
