    Seeking litigator with approximately 3-7 years of experience, but will also consider new grads Construction litigation and professional liability a plus, but not required.

    Our law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation defense work.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for law, a mind for strategic litigation, and a commitment to excellence.

    This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

    Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, reviewing pleadings and preparing for and going to trial.

    Conduct legal research and draft complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
    Consult with clients to ascertain and address their legal needs.
    Stay updated with changes in law, court decisions, and other legal matters that could impact the firm's clients.
    Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, specifically in civil litigation defense or professional liability work.
    Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
