    Description

    Seeking a Trial Attorney with 3 or more years of Courtroom experience. Preferably with a personal injury background but we welcome candidates from the State Attorney's or Public Defender's offices.

    We are an entrepreneurial litigation firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced Trial Attorney to join our team and work directly with the owner and team to support to help clients.

    Do you want to help get clients money while they work to get better? We are known for helping clients get money from at-fault parties so they can concentrate on getting healthy again. We need an Attorney who can hit the ground running and has trial experience.

    Compensation:

    $85,000 - $95,000 base yearly with significant bonus opportunity

    Responsibilities:

    This position will be responsible for meaningful work, including:

    • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
    • Prepare each suitable case for trial by arguing motions, conducting depositions, and pursuing written discovery
    • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
    • Represent clients in Court to argue motions during legal proceedings
    • Manage their legal production team
    Qualifications:
    • Currently licensed to practice law in Florida
    • 3 or more years of Courtroom experience
    • The ideal experience is in personal injury, but we welcome candidates from the State Attorney's or Public Defender's offices.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take the initiative on work that needs to be done
