- Represent clients in a wide range of personal injury cases.
- Manage cases when transitioning from pre-suit to litigation.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients at mediation, depositions, and trial.
- Regularly report to and collaborate directly with senior attorney, Matthew T. Moore.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- First to 3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
