    Well Established Boutique Title Company/Law Firm specializing in commercial and residential closings in South Florida and ancillary real estate law including Real estate litigation, Landlord/Tenant, HOA/Condo Law and Business Law

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Attorney at Southeastern Title Company located in North Miami Beach, FL. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for overseeing all real estate transactions, contract preparation, representing buyer and sellers in real estate closings, and supervising and working closely with a team of paralegals and closers. We are willing to teach the right candidate.

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
    • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Prior experience in real estate law is preferred.
    • Experience in accounting/bookkeeping is a plus
