    Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, P.L. ("BRPC") is searching for talented, team-oriented entry level and lateral associate attorneys who are committed to strengthening a growing practice group.

    Employment is available in our Fort Lauderdale offices. This position is hybrid and will require an initial, in-office phase to get you acquainted with the team and trained. After the initial phase, hybrid arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.

    Those hired will have an opportunity to gain exposure in general liability and third-party practice. Entry-level applicants (including those who sat for the July 2023 Bar Exam) with an ardent desire to succeed are also encouraged to apply. All applications are handled with absolute discretion. MUST HAVE A JD. CANDIDATES CURRENTLY LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN FL OR SITTING FOR THE BAR WELCOME.

    Responsibilities:

    · Assisting in the management of cases from inception.

    · Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

    · Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, discovery/discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents

    · Preparing timely reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities

    · Ability to prioritize workload based on deadlines

    · Communicating effectively with attorneys and paralegal

    Required Skills:

    · Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

    · Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, opposing counsel, clients, and office staff in a professional manner

    · Ability to delegate and prioritize as necessary

    · Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    · Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    · Knowledge of ProLaw is a plus

    BRPC compensates near the top of the pay scale in Florida for its practice areas. As a result, the firm is searching for the top echelon of job candidates.
